SPOT ON 40856 Hotel Crystal And Restaurant

Need to much maintenance. Beds and blanket are badly smell due to humility. Rooms not clean, only few lights of rooms are working. Fans running like turtle. Stairs roof pretty much down and many time hit with my head.

Exterior is modern but inside the hotel is same old furnishings. There is too much dampness which is very unhygienic. Mattresses are hard, old and smelling. Good thing is that they keep it clean. Too costly !!!

Pathetic room service and cleanliness. There is no proper staff in hotel. Good for a night stay at max. Big no for any business oriented visit.

If you are new to Chhindwara and searching for hotel near Railway Station, this hotel will be a good option. Rooms are available at affordable prices, room service is also nice.

Poor experience 🙁🙁 Staffs are talking roudly and no properly give service 😏😏 Rooms are not proper clean.
