Saket Hotel

Very bed experience... they don't care of their clients.. rooms old and non maintenan .. No Restaurants.. No hot water .. even they don't have water bottels

Location is good, near Railway station, infront of lake, room was clean and most important room have ventilation👍

Under renovation, live wires are everywhere in room so beware of naked wires around you because I have received electric shock on the very first day. View is good from glass wall of the room, service is terribly bad because no one picks up the phone specially while dialing on number ''9'' which is very common for room service, so if you want to ask anything just go on the ground floor and then ask on the concierge/reception desk. Rates are cheap, staff is good, no water heater or heated water available in the bathroom through taps. buckets are very small and shower is leaked, continues drain issue on room no. 204. Fan doesn't have any switch but have a speed regulator. AC are very old and windows AC are always noisey. TV is an achievement if you can run its challenging remotes.

Well maintained rooms. Staff also familiar with the guests. There is a restaurant which provides a great variety of items. Lift is not enough and the space between rooms is not good.

Spacious rooms , good sunlight via window and nice view in front No parking place inside the hotel area U can park in front Food not available in the hotel itself

Washrooms are not cleaned. No daily cleaning of rooms. Although Location of hotel is very good.

It was really good , and its room is also good..people can go and enjoy that view of lake.✌🏻
