This hotel was one of the best I've stayed at, and even better than some of the 3-4 star properties at Pune and Agra. Very courteous staff, prompt service, clean and hygienic, and a nice location, will definitely stay here again.

I am visiting this hotel with family since three years and had very good experience, rooms are very comfortable and staff are very cooperative. Vehicle parking is safe and secured. I along with my family are very much satisfied and recommend this Hotel all my friends and relatives. Al the very best

My stay at this hotel was comfortable and good one. Behaviour of staff was co-operative and professional as well as. Rooms were well maintained. Choices of food limited but good in taste. I will always prefer and like to stay there.

We booked it for one night stay when we were travelling from Mumbai to Gwalior on 16th june. Room , hotel id not at all as per the standard plus hygiene was not there. The staff was weird as well as hotel. I will rate it 0 but it’s not there so i m giving one star but trust me this hotel is not all couple/ family friendly. And yes do not book any hotel from oyo it’s pathetic
