this hotel is average place where u can manage if ubr solo traveller and mostly for business or industry visitor s. industrial area is near. food is average but but costly. when i stayed here . the room was just ok as floor was very poor ly maintained. breakfast was average. taste also ok. but breakfast is not ready on time.

For a place such as Dewas Avirat Inn is a standard hotel with basic amenities and limited services. It provides reasonable to good value if one gets a price off the rack rate. Food is regular with a limited buffet breakfast. Rate it at 2.5 Service is good and prompt, rate it at 3.5 Location is good if your visit is towards the industrial area. 4 Linen and cleanliness, rate this at 4 Overall rate this at 3

The rooms, though small, are very well kept and clean. All amenities were available. It has a very helpful staff and an efficient room service. Location could be better since there is no market nearby. Shops are however accessible under a 5 minute drive. Located just off the highway. Would recommend for a short stay when in Dewas.

A excellent hotel with prime location. Can not find better hotel than this as travel every month in Dewas. Service and service staff is also very good. Complementary break fast is a added advantage along with lower cost. I stay here every month since a year. No single complaint.

Nice Hotel and Nice Restaurant , I like their boiled non veg dishes they are unique and very healthy , but i didn't liked all the non veg preparations which they make in gravy .... Ambiance is very nice and staffs also very very polite. they also serve buffet launch between 11 to 3 PM daily which is a good option for vegans

201. Good service and clean environment. Timely service and regular room clening service. The most important things is about there staff is that they are very good hosting or prompting the customers to the restaurant area. Two person in the restaurant are very good in there service and hosting the customers.one of them was a girl. I wish them a very good luck for there successful journey ahead. Thanks, Jayesh luhar.

Rooms are compact and neat. Overall it's a good hotel. But noted two drawbacks. 1)There is no ventilation in bathroom. 2) Too much time is being taken in the restaurant for food serving.

This hotel offers room and service with Value for money. They also have drop service to nearby industrial area, so if you are staying for business purpose, this is a fantastic hotel. Food quality is also great.
