Excellent Stay at Hotel Shri Khedapati International! My stay was truly extraordinary. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food is delicious, and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. All facilities—Wi-Fi, parking, room service, and security—were excellent. A perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and service. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

I had a pleasant stay at this 3-star hotel. The service was superb—staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The ambience was warm and inviting, making it a comfortable place to relax. Everything was neat and clean, which added to the overall positive experience. While the amenities were standard, the excellent service made up for it. A great option for a short stay! Its has benquet hall also available. And huge parking space in side hotel.

I had booked a room at Kherapati International hotel, but the booking process was confusing. Initially, a lady representative promised a confirmation call within 30 minutes, but it didn't happen. Later, a male representative confirmed the booking, but quoted different rates. The initial quote was ₹2200 plus GST, including breakfast, but later the rates changed, and I didn't get a satisfactory response. Different representatives were giving different information, which was frustrating."

I stayed at Khedapati Hotel in Dewas last night. Its city center location is a major plus, and the hotel offers good amenities. The environment is pleasant, and the location is excellent (5/5). The breakfast was also a highlight (4.5/5) with good hospitality. The rooms are comfortable, but maintenance is needed. My room had some switch issues, and the provided towel was old and slightly torn. While the hospitality and food were good (3.5/5), the rooms could use some attention. Overall, a decent stay with potential for improvement.

Don't get fooled by the high rating. First thing that ticked me off is the staff. So annoying, lacks basic decency and not costumer friendly. They should concentrate more on providing better service rather than focusing solely on irritating people for money. Rooms are so small, towels and bedsheets are dirty. Food is average. I suggest to search for better options.

Very bad attitude towards customer . Was their on 6 march for weddings and accidentally I left my specs their in room.|When left I realised and called to hotel and requested to confirm.|They took almost 15 days to confirm and after that have forwarded my address to courier it on payable basis .|After several calls and messages finally received parcel today packed in a paper .|When opened both Glasses broken and entire alignment of specs has gone .|Not the way to treat a customer when we have booked almost 10 rooms for marriage .
