SPOT ON 62077 Hotel Ratnakar Plaza

Just Horrible. So i was gone for an exam and i was late so i had to stay there so i decided to book a hotel for me, i call there helpline number and asked their executive to book an Ac room and paid the money by upi. But when i reach hotel they say i had booked an NON Ac room, and when i try to contact their helpline... Surprise... My call get disconnected everytime.and I can't go any other hotel because it was 1.30pm. So i had paid money for an Ac room and then get an Non Ac room and to upgrade my room to Ac i had to pay 600extra because i have no choice. Great service.

Very worst. No good food. No good ambience. Hot water only one small bucket, that too in big quee. Also never book this with voyo hotel link. Only good think is the owner is very good. You can pay max rs.500/- for double room. This much it worth.

Pathetic 1)Rooms was not organized. 2)Blankets and pillows were dirty and filthy. 3)AC was not working in room. 4) Highly overpriced rooms 5) Bathrooms was hell.
