FabHotel Nandgiri Palace - Hotels Near Gwalior Junction Railway Station, Gwalior

We had booked the hotel considering the Fabhotel branding expecting a pleasant stay. The stay was frustrating to say the least. The hotel is seriously under-resourced. Basic amenities such as clean bedsheets, bathing soap and bath towels were not provided. TV remotes didn't work and weren't replaced till the end. Service is also quite slow, with the staff sending plates and water nearly 45 minutes after requesting. Even bottled water was provided more than half an hour after requesting. We had to constantly remind the reception to provide basic things. I had to even go out to buy water out of frustration because the quality and pace of service was so pathetic. We had planned two-nights stay but cut it short to one-night without even hoping for a refund due to our poor experience

Staff is well mannered and polite. Rooms are okish for this price. Booking directly with hotel is more value for money vs booking through Fab as they charge lofty commission. If you are booking through Fab, know that the rooms are not worth the price!

They provide us a room with a broken bathroom door lock...Room was not clean and linens, pillow covers are dirty...Next time try to provide good facilities except asking advance for booking confirmation. Advance payment not help us to change the hotel if we found such a mismanagement. Very bad experience.

I would like to share one of my horrible experience with Fab Hotel Nandgiri Palace. I had booked a room there for my mom dad (who are 65+ years old). When my mom dad checked in, they showed them 2 rooms which were dirty, without TV facility, water leakage was in the washroom. I had to call the customer care then hotel staff gave him another room on the second floor. Then my mom ordered a towel, since it was not there in the room but no one came. My dad went down after 2 hours to get a towel and while coming on top back to room, lift stopped working. Hotel staff said its due to electricity issue. I had to call customer care again and tell them that my dad can not walk properly and due to which he is in Gwalior to see a doctor at Jaya Arogya Hospital. Hotel staff then called a mechanic and got the lift issue fixed. My dad had waited down for 3 hours. There was no apology I received from the hotel staff in regards to these issues. While having tea, tea cup was fallen on the sheet and hotel staff has asked them to pay 500/- INR for the bed sheet and I have paid for the same. MY question here is that if hotel has taken money for a bed sheet and I compensated for their loss. then what is the compensation for my mom dad's pain, discomfort and 3-4 hours of waiting at the reception as there was not a single room ready for checkin at 7:30 PM in the evening ? I have paid 2,462 INR only for the room as I wanted to give my mom dad a comfort zone so they can go to the doctor for treatment with peace and positive vibes. But they were very upset and wanted to go back to the hometown after seeing these issues. See below details : Booking ID - TZNJVA Check in time was 12:00 PM in the afternoon, however they checked in the evening still there was no room ready for them.

Pathetic place, booked for 2 days left in 1. Barely slept through the night due to awful smell in the room, noises from all the rooms and mammoth mouse which was biting inside AC the entire night. The room and bathroom has several holes on the wall raising our suspicion for some misdoings. Due to new years day it was difficult to find any other hotel on the same day hence we had no other choice but to spend the night

Rooms are spacious but service is very poor no one comes for cleaning and food served takes more than 50 minutes to come not recommended

FabHotel Nandgiri Place a Nice Budget Hotel to Stay, This Hotel Couple friendly, Close to Railway Station Gwalior & Main City, Hotel don't have house hold kitchen they deliver food order by outside, Soo when u stay think upon it must, over all a good property to enjoy & stay.
