Hotel Dessert Palm Gwalior

Literally service is very worst!! There is tv but not working and it is broken in every single room. Washroom is also very dirty, even toilet flush was broken. They are not providing AC remote, fan regulator not working, and the socket is broken. They is a wifi, but it not working There is a lift too but it doesn't work. The staff voice are coming from outdoor at the late night. The staff are smoking.

Decent rooms with affordable prices. Close to all the main spots of the city. Need a renovation only.. otherwise everything is good.

Bed was dirty. Appliances were not working. Bathroom taps were not working, even toilet flush was broken. Provides shady kind of feeling. No dishes were available which we tried to order from menu.

This Hotel is awesome! In The city of Gwalior. The staff was so good and professional. Even the arrangements and decoration was beautifully done. Amazing experience, had a great dinner with friends enjoyed a lot with music 🎶, beautiful view, nicely decorated 😊 fantastic vibe 😍 Overall i felt great to be there 😊

Average rooms, need touch up. No ventilation, permanently closed windows. Parking in public places on road. Be cautious if you are in love with your vehicle. TV was not working, management took 2 hrs to set it up. Washroom was not clean, had to ask multiple times to get it cleaned.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was was very hospitable. They allowed us to check in early. The food is excellent, generous portions and service was fast. Overall, we had a great experience.
