Super Hotel O Mall Road Gwalior formerly Rama inn

The Property is new but not maintained. Hygiene, cleanliness, ventilation of washroom/rooms are things u have to compromise..... Washroom are dirty *washbasin has various spots on it Like someone has spit gutka overthere same is with W.C * Ants roaming in room *A.C WATER pipe left hanging in washroom bcoz of that washroom remain always wet... * While approaching hotel inside the lane u have to go through cow dung , Dogs excreta etc.

Very Good Hotel in Gwalior, receptionist is very soft spoken. The boy working here is also very nice. Must Visit.

Though there were some small petty issues... Yet the overall stay was excellent due to polite behaviour of staff and the owner himself... 5 stars... Must try if u r on a budget... Owner is very polite and will help whenever in need....
