The Central Park Hotel

Well appointed rooms, well maintained and very comfortable. Service was amazing. Any call to housekeeping was attended to promptly. Food was excellent right through. Ajay at reception, Surendar & Ajay Singh at restaurant and Muskan Singh at Customer Relations deserve mention.

Good property, centrally located. Food and service very good. Found staff smiling and serving. We met Mr Rajinder karelia, who with smiling face looked after us.|The evening tandoori items served were excellent. Breakfast buffet had wide variety and was served efficiently by staff.

We had taken three rooms for our family. The rooms were very spacious, neat and clean rooms. The hospitality right from entrance to rooms was very good and respectful. The food was excellent and room service was also excellent. All the staff members were quite courteous and helpful. The toiletries were of very good quality.

Central Park is honestly the most apt location for many things. From celebrations to just dinners. I haven't visited the hotel to stay in for a while so I can't vouch for them however when I did it was quite good as well as clean. The food can feel pricey but even then the quality is great.

Nice Place with an air of ‘grandeur’ and most friendly people. The laundry service was most accurate and prompt and very attentive, I got a call for returning my clothes, as soon as I returned to the house. Special thanks to Rajendra! Breakfast buffet is elaborate, special wishes are always accepted, but might take too long to be executed. For example my Order for toast&Omlet: the toast came right away and was cold and limp by the time (after requesting again) the Omelette was served… I was the only customer at the time for many staff available.

1. Hotel needs serious renovation in every corner |2. Better hygiene standards to be followed in restaurant |3. They have a water reservoir instead of a pool. No filtration of water during usage, which makes the water filthy|4. Location wise it's perfect. In the heart of the city|5. Surprisingly some of the items in dinner/breakfast was delicious ||Overall recommended for less budget stay with limited expectation.

Stayed at this property on a business visit. Rooms are very spacious and neat but need massive renovations. Breakfast spread was very good and food quality was also well maintained. Overall good hotel. Can work more on service and staff training.

The Scindia City Gwalior is a must visit place. Coming to the hotel, the hotel is old one. Demands nice renovation. Rooms are very neat and clean so is the bathroom. The most important aspect is food. The food is too too too Good. So much variety whether is Breakfast or Dinner. Children and peoplw of all age will love the food. Moreover the taste of food is top notch. No complaints. One of the best restaurant of this hotel.
