Hotel The Bellevue

Had a nice spacious clean room and the staff was friendly. In a very ok price. Too bad not all hotels are like this. If I ever go back to Gwalior again, this hotel will be my choice. As a group of an European woman with a Nepalese husband and overactive child on budget and a luxury-used Indian friend we all could love and appreciate their services. Thanks Bellevue for the superb stay!

First time visited this Hotel with Family. Very Poor and Pathetic Service. 1. Found live Cockroach in Morning Breakfast (in Sandwich) and staff is least bothered about issue. 2. Stinky beds Not recommending to anyone.

we booked Hotel for wedding with the commitment from the Hotel Management that they will provide multiple services like extra bedding in each room, morning tea through room service, RO water free of cost but to the utter disappointment, when we returned from one of the functions, no such arrangements for extra bedding were made, when asked the front office, he said there are no extra bedding available. Very bad experience and such a rude behaviour and very very very bad service please dont book this hotel for any of the wedding and any event. As they will not fulfil the promise which they make

Worst hotel ever seen in my life.Such a bad experience with this hotel rooms are dirty Acs are not working and very uncomfortable beds. I recommend everyone not to visit once here .Please don’t waste your money.🤮🤮🤮

Its mentioned that it is a 3 star hotel in Google. Overall nice experience but not good as any 3 star hotel.. Interiors are not cleaned as expected. Sofa was dame dirty... AC is not working properly. . Location was good. Pricing is affordable...

🤮🤮🤮🤮 Bad experience, a bit high price according to property, old property no proper maintenance and hotel dont provide toiletries and no complimentary drinking water they provide in room, Bedding is good but sofa in every room is very very dirty🤮, yak situation, even if ask for anything they provide after 45 minutes, pathetic experience, will not recommend!!!!!!!

We had to arrange the same ourselves for the guests. The cleanliness isn't taken care of. you have to ask the housekeeping to clean the room, take the used glasses, provide fresh sheets etc. Overall experience was not quite pleasant.

Disappointing Dining Experience at Hotel Bellevue Dear Hotel Bellevue Management, I am writing to provide feedback on my recent dining experience at your establishment. I must express my deep disappointment with the quality of the food served. While the starters and the Hariyali Kofta dish were somewhat acceptable, the rest of the dishes were far from being edible. For a party of 30 employees, we had high expectations considering the amount we spent, which was 10,500 rupees. Unfortunately, the overall quality of the food did not meet our expectations. In fact, it was so disappointing that we felt that even a roadside food stall might have provided a better dining experience. I believe it's crucial for any establishment, especially one of your caliber, to maintain high standards when it comes to food quality. This experience has left a negative impression on all of us, and we had expected much better from Hotel Bellevue. I hope you take this feedback constructively and work to improve the quality of your offerings in the future. We were genuinely looking forward to a pleasant dining experience, and it pains me to say that we left your establishment feeling unsatisfied
