Hotel is very unsafe if we talk about women's, staff members have no attention on this, and make such harsh comments on women's that is enough to know the mentality of this whole hotel management and staff

Horrible place to book your stay in. The kinds of issues I had staying at this place were unbelievable. -There were cockroaches in the room. -The furniture was broken. -There were issues with hot water, I had to call for assistance thrice. -The front desk guy was quite rude and arrogant, I never want to deal with him ever again. The only good thing about the hotel was the kitchen staff and the people who were trying to help me with the hot water. DON'T KNOW WHY I WAS CHARGED 1700 A NIGHT FOR THIS ROOM Never coming back here even if it's the last place with room availability!!!!

We booked executive room and expecting good room, but room was very stinking, we asked for another room but AC of that room was not working, then they shifted us to super delux room and don't know the the procedure of to adjustment of extra paid amount. Only the owner of the hotel supported us but the staff is not professionally trained.

This is the worst hotel in the whole of Gwalior. Staff is non cooperative. Rooms have cockroaches. Their banquet hall is on the first floor because of which there is a lot of noise and disturbance on the first floor. The management of this hotel doesn’t pay attention to problems. I have a horrific incident to quote here. We came back after sightseeing, I saw a group of boys entering this hotel with a big bag of alcohol bottles. They weren’t giving good vibes. Later that night these boys who are supposedly partying their started screaming, dancing and disturbing other guests in their respective rooms. They were so drunk that one of them started just pushing our locked door and screaming, he was not in his control. We felt unsafe. We contacted the receptionist, he did absolutely nothing. The music was too loud, and all the boys including staff were drinking alcohol throughout the night. We Dialer 100 and spoke to police. Thank god to Gwalior police , they later made sure that we felt safe. Otherwise we were planning to quickly rush out of this hotel.

Well i recently visited the hotel when i am writing the review. We often organise our weddings 💒 and 🎉 parties here, the hotel 🏩 is good enough but not the best, the location of the hotel is too premium because most of the headquarters and all bank's branches and other institutes are there. The parking 🅿 of the hotel is also large and convenient. But if i talk about the food this all depends person tp person because everyone has its own taste. All rooms are AC and non AC both are available, lift is also functional.
