I had nice experience during my stay in Hotel Vivek Continental. Room is very nicely maintained cleaned. Staffs are sober listens and fulfils the requirements. Specifically the manager Makrand is very nice. |I recomend with 5 star.i had comfortable in every accept of the stay thanks to Mr makrand

The hotel is totally worth for the price amount and the restaurant is spacious and even provides great food when ordered. The rooms are clean and well maintained with proper amenities like A.C, T.V, toiletries, Towels, Sofa and a reading desk. I would recommend this place to everyone who wishes for a quality budget hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful when needed. The property not having access to vehicles makes it difficult to reach for elderly and physically challenged other than that it's a great property to stay.

Located in busy market. Courteous and helpful Manager and Staff. Parking is an issue for self driven cars. No onsite dedicated parking. Food is good but no clarity on what is included in your breakfast in continental plan as its Al a carte. Overall good for a budget stay.

It's an old property which has been repainted recently, and made over to some extent, however, their wiring (electrical) is old and has lot of problems. When I first reached, they gave me 103, geyser was not working, so they changed it to 106. In the evening, I wanted to put my mobile on charging, so I plugged in my charger, and the rooms electricity went off. They called an electrician who came after 30-40 mins (they gave me # 103 till then) , he inspected the wiring and said there is a major repair and would be done the next day itself, so since the geyser of 103 was not working, they again changed my room to 102. All this just in 24 hours. Another funny thing - if you call something in room service, they give a bill of basic value plus GST. Then you ask them to add this to the room bill so they charge GST again on the total value. (Don't know if that's by ignorance or on purpose). Room service is also poor and takes too long to get your order.

Went here for an overnight stay. Booked via OYO and went to the hotel. Right in the heart of crowded market this building lacks parking. Though they arranged for parking 500 metres away but the service was pathetic. We were four people and two people went to get the car parked. In the meantime remaining two of us kept waiting in the hotel. It was a very hot day and it took almost 30 to 40 minutes for them to return but no one ever bothered to offer us a glass of water. We checked in and called the room service for tea but we had to wait till eternity before the tea arrived. Same was the case with lunch. Water was given only when we were asking for it. 2 start from me. At last it's not for people who seek spontaneous and systematic services.

Nice dinning.. good tasty food.. reasonable price... Neat n clean lounge..||Staff was trained well to serve.||Calm and pleasant environment ||Available all foods which is written in menu card.||Quick service, alert staff, well behaved staff.||Nice n memorable visit.
