Went there at night. Took room only becos I am tired enough. Lowkey rooms and services with high rate. No water - waited 3 hrs to get water for shower. Geyser not working. No key for lock.

It was a very worst experience ever i had in this hotel. I ordered food and they took 3 hours to deliver, pizza was very bad. there was a guy who was talking very rudely. Room’s electric switch was also not working, no towel, no soap.

Worst hotel with poor customer service. The staff were too bad with dealing customers. Provided two single room for four adults where switch boards were not working and water was not there in one room's washroom. Also,Bulb was not there in one of the washrooms, not maintained well. When asked to pump water, at firat staff doesn't respond well and acted as feeling sleepy. When asked for second time, he came with us to the room and asked to open the second tap. Pressure filled sound was there and he was keep on murmuring and asked us to use the washroom in the second single room which they gave. We have given 1900 for these poor quality room and service. Do not book this hotel, your stay will be a catastrophe.

They don't deserve a single star . Dirtiest room washrooms are like Public toilet . Just like kotha, tobacco spited on walls. Very dirty. Blood stains in blanket. Also they will increase the price while check out You will get good hotels at same rate near by. And if you are ready to pay 1200 for this go for it

Either this is renovated or newly constructed but this creates a charm. Overall good place to stay. Not sure for long stay for small tenure it is good. Room was clean, lots of eating place around this and friendly staff make this place amazing. Bathroom was big and having towel for bath.
