OYO 9919 Nandgiri Palace

Dirty rooms,dirty bed sheets, dirty pillow covers and very poor service. They told us at the time of booking that breakfast is included in the room charges,but denied in the morning. We took our breakfast outside. We called so many times over intercom for everything including towel , soap , glasses , water etc. , But their service was very bad . Lift was also out of order so many times. After talking to them, they switched on the lift everytime . We didn't recommend this hotel to stay.

Best part of this hotel is that it’s nearest at Gwalior station within 1 kilometres Gandhi Nagar. Overall experience with hotel is OKAY, services are not up to the mark. Hotel staff is fine should not expect anything from them till the time you not ask them. Even after asking you have to remind them. Hotel management needs to improve a lot. Should work on your services.

Staying here was the worst decision ever. The receptionist (evening duty) was so rude and pathetic. I booked this stay for 3 people where they had to provide a separate bedding, but they refused and said "we don't have extra bedding and you can file complaint against us if you want to..we don't bother.." and told me we don't take bookings of 3 persons for a single room..The room was stinky, fittings of the bathroom were damaged and no toilet kit was provided. Pathetic Stay and Staff. No kitchen is there. Wi-Fi was good. Hotel is located in Gandhi Nagar, Gwalior near Gwalior Railway Station .Autos generally take Rs 50 to drop to the hotel. You will easily find Autos near hotel for visiting Tourist places. No parking space for Car.

Hotel Management is worst people, I never come across in the past. I have booked a room through OYO got confirmation, but hotel management is not allowing me to check-in, forced to wait and make calls to customer care for 45m mins. Imagine waiting for 45mins in lobby with family members and luggage, for no faults with us. The property manager says rates provided by Oyo are low and not acceptable to Hotel property manager. Manager doesn't want to make call to customer care and solve, they expect us to call and resolve, what a nonsense. Oyo customer care person is friendly, but I property manager has no sense in how to treat a Hotel guest. Finally resolved with cost of waiting for 45mins in the morning

The middle aged receptionist with lesser hair is very rude. I was on the reception and he started abusing severely a decent couple as soon as they moved out. Very ill mannered. Plus these days the rooms are not properly cleaned.

Stay was average. Staff was courteous. This hotel is around 1 km from gwalior station so if you have a train to catch you might give it a shot. Although if you are going by your own vehicle you'll have to park it outside the hotel.

Manager behavior is rude ... No parking ... We have to park at road .some people from hotel terrace spitted tobacco on roof of my car... Washroom is very dirty . Blanket nd pillow were torn nd blackish very unhygienic
