Iam faced bad experience from the staff of this hotel they are not allow me to check in and they say oyo cancelled the booking.Iam already paid the whole amount through online mode then after the confirmation msg received from the oyo. I showed all the details but they says if u are willing to pay at hotel then only given room. I complaints this issue to oyo team they helped me to solve the problem but the hotel staff said im already checked in 2hour before to oyo team. The staff of that hotel lies and tried to cheat me. And the room conditions not good entirely different from the pics showed in the oyo app. Its below average room and not cleaned as well. I never suggest anyone to take rooms there.

Overall, it's satisfactory. However, due to ongoing construction, the room isn't adequately cleaned and suitable for an extended stay.

We organised a small family function here. The occasion was baby shower. The place was new at that time and the staff courteous. We had made the booking 15 days in advance. The lady at the reception was helpful and suggested us caterers. We could have either gone for in-house catering or order something from other caterer. We opted for the inhouse catering and it was good. They arranged for mats, tables and clean sheets for the function which was all in good condition. We had also booked a room for outstation guest. and they were a disappointment. the room which was given to us did not had direct sunlight/window. The quilt was smelling a bit. otherwise it was ok.

Pls pls dont trust this hotel staff,,,what is they will tell like that nothing is thr. Worst quality of room. Every where smelly environment. Cant open windo at night. It is very risky .AC will not work. Only this ac show off purpose .even fan also not proper. Even Bed sheet also they will not change, if you use this property for stay purpose you loose ur money,,

Attended a ring ceremony function. Spacious rooms but not nicely decorated. Basement hall size is small( 60-80 people). Laundry facility is not available. Out of 3, two rooms lock were not working. Staff is polite but really slow service.

No Hospitality, i was first shown room on 1st floor and the room was stinking, i told the lady that i wont take that room, her ans was, as i was there for a friend's sister marriage and for a day so we wont be staying lot in the room, i still denied later they showed me a room which was good but it did not have lock and the lady tells me that she is not aware about it, then finally i was given a decent room. They even did not have option for AC , in winter it is completely off and also there is no electricity backup. Waste of money.

Very smelly rooms. No water supply in toilet. After complaining many times it took more than an hour to get water in toilets. Don't visit ever. No lock(kundi) in toilet. Very disgusting.
