I am absolutely furious and deeply disturbed by what my family and I had to go through because of this pathetic excuse of a hotel – Sidhi Vinayak Hotel, Gwalior. I had a confirmed booking through OYO (Booking ID: ALIM1517), fully verified on WhatsApp and the OYO app. But when I reached the hotel with my wife and child after a long, exhausting journey in the sweltering June heat, I was told "NO ROOMS AVAILABLE." Just like that! No explanation, no apology – just pure arrogance and denial. We were left stranded outside the hotel, humiliated, helpless, and under the blazing sun – all because this hotel and OYO lied and mismanaged everything. And that’s not even the worst part – we were then redirected by OYO to another fake hotel that didn’t even exist. Locals hadn’t even heard of it. What kind of scam is this? This isn't a service failure – it's emotional torture. We were misled, manipulated, and completely abandoned in an unfamiliar city. My child, my wife, and I suffered unbearable stress, anxiety, and trauma. The hotel staff were cold, careless, and shamelessly unhelpful. To everyone reading this: DO NOT, under any circumstance, trust this hotel. They have zero professionalism, zero empathy, and clearly no intention of actually honoring confirmed bookings. They put our health, safety, and dignity at risk without a second thought. I demand strict action and urge OYO and other platforms to blacklist Sidhi Vinayak Hotel immediately. What they did was not just unethical – it was inhuman.

I stayed here for a week. Before staying I decided the amount with the manager but during checkout manager said at this price we couldn't offer the rooms. Very unprofessional.Hotel staff is lazy and room service takes hours. Beware of the prices and its better to take it in writing.
