Hotel Gwalior Regency

Second stay in this hotel and it’s a nightmare. The only reason we choose this hotel is because of its location. Rooms are okay but not worth the price. There is mould in bathroom. The cherry on top was this is under renovation and they don’t have any regards for customers. There is high pitch grinding sound outside the room that will give you headache. The staffs response on that was it will stop at 5 PM. So you have to bear this sound for 4 hours. Also there will be a party in the evening so you just have an hour or so to rest before another high pitch sound start piercing your ear drums. Even Inns these days are better than this. Save yourself from getting headaches from all kind of nuisances be it the sounds and staffs complete disregard to hospitality.

So bad experience. The staff behavior was very rude with our family. No one was listening to our problems. TV and AC was not working. I only say it is not worth for money

We were here on a business trip and booked the Grand suit after seeing the photographs on MakeMyTrip. We were shocked to see when we reached , after paying 18000/ plus taxes for a grand suit, the place is in shambles, bad 0smelly rooms, gyser not working intercom not working, ac malfunction, tv not working..... Right opposite our suit is the place where all kind of junk and discarded stuff was kept. Rooms had patches on seepage and at places plaster was off... Fortunately the staff is very cooperative and quick. A real saving grace.

The worst hotel room ever I recently stayed at this hotel,and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. First, TV in the room didn’t work at all.I reported it to the staff, but nothing was done to fix it. Second, and even worse, the bathroom was complete disaster. I took a shower, the entire bathroom would flood with water, making it almost impossible to use afterward.there was clearly a drainage issue, and it made my stay extremely UNCOMFORTABLE.

Overall good Stay , Hotel is near to bus stand and 1 shopping mall DB mall within walking distance to this hotel. So lot of options for lunch and dinner and evening time look around and shopping 🛍 .

Currently i stay in Room 317 i am already requested to Hotel team for Ac cooling many people is check ac but still problem is not solved by hotel. I really disappointed with hotel service. This hotel is not value for money. I never suggest any one of this hotel. Ac controllers is not available in room.
