FabExpress Golden Village - 100% Safe Place to Stay

Pathetic Hotel. We booked from Fabhotel site. We checked in the hotel with family on at 11 pm and checked out next morning at 4 am. Rooms were not clean and were smelly, bed sheets and towel were dirty, there was no water in the bathroom taps, fan and AC were not working. One fan in the room was making noise that it may fall anytime. People in the side room were smoking in the lobby area. One cannot go in anyways with family there. We also noticed some girls covering their face going from the stairs side. We were really doubtful about the place and left early morning. Don't know Fab hotels have any standards to maintain or not.

Very cheesy place to stay. Kindly avoid if you are family person. The place is worst than a lodge. AC in non working condition and fan can fall on you if you switch it on. Toilet seat is broken. On complaining they don't have an alternative room. Why put a room like this available in the first place if it's in such a condition. We were traveling from ujjain and wanted some good sleep on our way to delhi, but we had to cut short our stay just 4 hours due to poor facilities. A big no no to this place.

Pathetic experience. Very bad hotel. Our agent had booked premium room with complimentary breakfast in this hotel for 2 nights. In premium room, there is no window, room is smelling badly, bed sheet, pillow cover are not washed and cracked, nobs at bathroom are broken. Behavior of reception stuff is pathetic. Food bills are added which we had not ordered. We stayed one night there and very next morning we left this hotel. Please think twice before considering this hotel.

I stayed with my family in this hotel. I find the hotel not hygienic. You can find stains everywhere. Breakfast is ok ok.

It has been a really nice and comfortable stay.. Service was okay and room design is excellent that may suit to everyone's taste... Overall not the best but a nice experience staying there...
