Location is good. Nothing else is. Slow service, bad linen, towel( only one per room) not changed in 3 days, resident cockroaches that might want to share your bed, poor ventilation and smelly rooms and monotonous breakfast are a few that come to mind. And do not even dream of a good night's sleep in wedding season as there is no decibel restriction. The staff are courteous and deserve to be appreciated for trying to do their best without any support from the management

Upscale Hotel with good staffs** Booked though OYO and hence got a room at the back of the hotel, without any window. So, if you looking for a good, upscale hotel, then it would be a good idea to book it directly and not through OYO! The rooms are big, moderately clean, with a flat-screen TV. The bathrooms are big and clean. The staffs are courteous and friendly and they are eager to solve any of your issues or concerns or problems.

- Very poor and late service. - No house keeping maintenance. - No toiletries even after multiple request. - Toilet is in poor condition. - Room are just okay. - Management at hotel just make sure tarif is as per hotel policy and don't hesitate to trouble customer. - Restaurant foods are better but again late in serving.

Hotel rooms were stincking. Lifts didn't work. No running hot water. When asked for hot water a bucket of hot water was provided. Door lock keys were not working. Every time the door of the room was opened by the hotel staff with master key. Food was good. On the whole experience was horrible.

We got married on 21 November 2018 and our reception was held at hotel shelter. From beginning to end the service we received was pathetic, They have a serious flaw in the lighting control at this place. Sweet talkers, show u different pictures , but what u get is a disgusting experience. Food taste was average but serving was very poor limited waiter on floor for serving stater... At the end of function we all family members sitting together for dinner they served cold food to us they even not servings all the items we were asking for food item which we had decided in menu. My whole reception was ruin in that banquet.Overall it was bad experiences i would not suggest anyone hotel shelter.

The location of Hotel is very prominent but structure is very old. Room sizes are good but linen quality is very poor. Hotel has centralise cooling system which is not upto the mark. We have complained about the poor cooling to the Hotel manager but he was helpless because of fix cooling system. At last but not least the food quality was pathetic, found the cockroach in Sambhar. The same we have complained to Hotel Manager, Miss Lovely. She is very cooperative and promptly she took the prompt action and apologised for the same and arranged the breakfast immediately in our room.

The food tasted good but there wasn't any cleanliness. No soap in the washroom which the waiters used too and the service was far less than adequate, in fact my brother had to ask for a spoon 4 times before he got it. Add the drinking water was also bad and probably not clean.
