Hotel Suruchi

I loved my stay at this hotel . I had my exams and the staff was very helpful and caring throughout the process . Rooms were clean, bedding was changed everyday, good washrooms with amenities. Prices were affordable for the food as well . I like the hospitality the most . I ordered food from outside but they didnt make any issues . My mom was unwell and they even gave her kadha etc when asked . 5 star from my side !

I would say they need to work on there services, i have attended party in Suruchi, but i find service persons are available but they are lazy, you need to call again n again for any thing, without informing manager they usual busy on phones, before party start i asked for.many thing was suppose to complete before, like stage arrangments, AC start, serving snacks only one person is doing other 4-5 standing. They need to work hard on there boys for services.

Rooms need maintenance. Service is excellent as is the restaurant food.

Good hospitality, clean rooms, room service, parking facilities, food all perfect. The hotel is in the main area so it is easy to stay and rome around. They have a huge and neat Parking space with a separate security services system. Rooms are comfortable to stay in. Swift room service. Employees respond with care and respect. Reasonable price.

It was good place. But very unhygienic washrooms. The food was fine, and the staff was cooperative.
