Don’t clean the room after informing at the Reception. Use the same bed sheet till the time you stay in hotel. Pillows are not clean. Don’t ready to adjust with the customer request for late Checkout. They will provide the toiletries on request only. Staff is saying you can look for another hotel. Regards

Nice rooms, nice ambience, nice breakfast option, bathroom has a damp smell in some rooms. Otherwise all basic amenities there. No issues. Food is spicy but really tasty. And sufficient quantity. Location is also good.

Everything in this hotel is very good, despite we had some room service issue as they forgot our order and served very very late but they helped us as far as possible. Hospitality is good, comfortable stay for family.

Food quality needs much improvement. Chicken served was ROTTEN CHICKEN (सड़ी हुयी बासी चिकन ). Total waste of Money (Rs. 650 + Taxes). Very Dangerous for stomach and health too for family and kids.

Location very near to railway station, Tasty food, Room cleanliness good but i would suggest hotel to kindly change their cutlery in which they serve dinner in room. Black plates are too old & looks dirty. Overall good experience.
