SPOT ON Kunj Bihari Palace

Being honest, this place isn't great. It's very dirty, the rooms are full of dirt, dust and dead bugs. There's no sink, just a tap. No hot water, and occasional issues with water flow. I asked if they could do my laundry and they ignored me. Over charged me a little. They said its a new place but the rooms aren't new. Staff seem nice enough, just disinterested. It's very cheap, and the location is good. If they just cleaned properly then this stay would be a lot better.

My booking was in hotel but I was reached in hotel in night and they did not given a room. My booking was confirmed and their staff is very rude. Please don't go in this hotel.
