it's okay in location. service are very poor but rooms are quite good in tide budgets.

One of the best hotel in Gwalior. Room was clean Staff behavior was also quite good specially receptionist. Cameras were stalled in gallery. best thing about room was it has Android TV with big screen connected to wifi. and they provided parking in basement. One thing I didn't like about room is that mattress was not super Soft. because of this giving 4 start They clicked picture of checking in person which no other oyo takes. except this everything was great. It was quite safe for ladies as receptionist is a lady.

Pathetic Service, the girl in reception has the pathetic behaviour how can someone behave like that if they're working in hospitality industry. They gave me bill of early check-in physically she told me your complete bill will be generatedd in the mail seperately in the mail after calling them 3-4 times i got my bill that too just for room rent, she told me we cannot give you food bill with the pathetic voice tone.

It was such a good place to stay in Anandam dormetry near gwalior railway station as it was it's in prime location, and the staff as well as manager is so kind, for me it was good experience with any visits of mine ever, reasonable price with good quality place and staff behaviour. I would like to stay again at same, whenever I'm gonna visit.

Rooms were very small. No windows were there. Bathrooms were extremely small. Bathroom drainage was not working. Thus it was overflowing with dirty water. We had to use bathroom in the other room we had. Service was good. Food was good.

Scam hotel, denied check in despite being a prepaid booking from agoda, Showed a screenshot from agoda app which showed, "no booking fo today" , turned out it was 3 days old screenshot they have been using to deny check in. I have also complained about this to National Consumer Forum. Staff and owner were very rude, and were ready to fight. Not at all recommended, visit at your own risk.

Oyo is the major cheat. Picture shown of rooms are to cheat the customers.. Rooms actually are very small with dirty linens with spitted walls. No toiletries, no drinking water. Rooms and the passage are highly cramped with no ventilation and fire exit.No occupants can escape in case of fire or earth quake. Gwalior fire service must check this for the safety of guests living in. Payment has to be made upfront. Oyo takes no responsibility.

I booked through OYO and it is like a showdy place and a goon type manager denied the stay bec at that day exam was there and he could earn more by giving without OYO, staff was too bad and hotel seemed to be some chawl type place, avoid this hotel and townhouse, how can oyo give them townhouse tag??? Seriously very bad experience
