Not a good option for food specially for vegetarians and family person i had faced some problems in this hotel as they had placed in such a place where nobody was there....so quite disappointed with the restaurant service.

We did our child's b'day party here. But at the end of party while doing the payment staff behaved rudely and manager didn't receive our calls. They even charged us for the plates not even used by our guests. Uncooperative staff :(

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY 😒😒😒 BIG NOOOO TO THIS PROPERTY… The service was incredibly disappointing. The manager and staff, who were initially polite during booking, unfortunately seemed less engaged and helpful after the advance payment was made. The services provided didn't match my expectations. The decorations, especially the hall decor, fell short of what was agreed upon during booking. It was a frustrating experience that felt like a waste of time and money. I will not at all recommend this hotel to anyone…… See below how humble the response from the owner is.. this shows their mentality and how they treat there guests……pathetic A BIG NOOOOOO TO THIS PROPERTY….

During my Ladakh ride, Hotel Gold-Inn in Gwalior surpassed expectations. The staff's warm hospitality stood out, making our stay memorable. From check-in to check-out, their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, offering a perfect retreat after a long day of riding. The on-site restaurant served delectable local cuisine, showcasing the region's flavors. The staff's genuine interest in ensuring our satisfaction, coupled with the delicious food and cozy accommodations, made Hotel Gold-Inn the highlight of our Ladakh adventure. Highly recommend for an exceptional stay. 😇

View is great but restaurant service is really bad. If you are non-vegetarian it's a place for you, but the food takes around 40-60 min to get to your table. The restaurant staff doesn't take any action towards customer smoking here 😔. It really damages their reputation and customer perception.

1. Rooms not as spacious as shown in photos while booking 2. Rooms are not clean 3. Even bedsheets have lot of spots and out of washed bedsheets from pantry fifth one turned out a bit better to use others had lot of hair and spots in it. 4. Most of all, staff is very rude and arrogant 5. They broke our trolly bad also while transferring our luggage to our room 6. Towards the hill view side room, light are on all night and window is just below bulbs so room will be very bright all night Overall, i would suggest to go for a better hotel. We booked executive room and this is the experience we got, so not at all worth it. In eange of 2000 you can get better hotels.

Location is great, close to for, close to jai vilas palace. Nice budget hotel.
