OYO 60694 Hotel Plaza Lodge

Most horrible moment of my life.. I went to Gwalior to give MPPSC2023 exam.. where I decided to stay in this hotel.. The hotel owner abused me...he even tried to hit me(because i had paid for booking with oyo app )...I would suggest you stay at the railway station but not to stay in the hotel. This was my first visit to Madhya Pradesh.. But due to this issue the reputation of locals of Gwalior city for me has degraded.

Poor services. If you booked online then they will deny to give you a room and you are welcomed with bunch of smokers and drinkers and night. You need to ask for even soap bucket and to clean washroom.

Washroom was like it’s a public bus stand toilet that has been not cleaned for years. There is no Wifi. No drinking water facility, electricity problem. If you are sparing 500 rupees for this. Please save your 500 rupees and stay at the railway station, you will have better experience. But don’t go here.

Rooms are so dirty. Even washroom and bed sheet was so dirty. Ro water wasn't there and a cooler was provided by them which had not water for cool air. Even wifi wasn't there. I don't know why they are running a hotel.

only good thing about this hotel is that cooler is working which is required in gwalior summer, other than that washroom are dirty doesn't have power in washroom, tv is there but no power cord all charging points are broken, beds have stains on it. this is good for one night love birds do your job and go went gone

Very average room to stay in. The room that I got, did have some broken electrical switches, and the fan regulators are not working. Couple of rats are also there, and have eaten some of my food. Not joking. Not recommended you to stay.

Owner was polite & helpful room was average . location was near to railway station so didn't find any issue. Overall it was a good experience.

Don’t go to this OYO room, pathetic room. Indian language mein bolu toh ek number ka kabaad experience. Don’t go there personal experience.
