OYO Dream Square

Very bad experience. After reaching, at hotel, manager will ask you extra charge for 200-500 rupees. Service is very very bad. Blanket are very dirty. No water in the bathroom. I checkout without going washroom and bath. I will never go again.

They never like to satisfy customers. Their attitude is to cheat custom. I have booked room throu Oyo. They denied to provide room as per booking. Then they agreed to provide room in higher rate. Then their staff tortured by various manner like there was no power backup or generator during power failure. And no water for toilet and batting. I have checked out water 1130hrs without bath and toilet. It was a very worse experience in my life.

Hotel denied booking of Oyo. Asking for 4 times higher charges than Oyo booking. They told us that since Oyo is not paying their dues he will not give room as per Oyo's booking, and we have to pay him in cash. If they have some issue with Oyo then they shouldn't list their hotel on Oyo. Why should customer suffer because of their dispute.

Dirty Blankets Broken furnishing Rude staff Disturbing sleep at 2AM because another customer wants sheet, and only way for another sheet is to wake a sleeping customer and find if any additional sheet in room. When complained, forcing for early check out at 11 AM.... Perfect example of worst stay.
