Narayanam Hotel

It was a beautiful stay in the hotel but the only disappointing factor was that even after having the rooms empty they try to charge extra for early check-in. I booked my room on MakeMyTrip and even informed the hotel in advance that I will be reaching there by 8 a.m. and they told that they would allow early check-in if any room will be available but when I reached there, the receptionist clearly denied and said that I have to pay an extra of ₹1,000 for early check-in although they had an empty room available.. But overall the experience was good apart from the above issue, the rooms were clean and neatly arranged .

Neat and tidy rooms. Very spacious. Recommended for family visits. Parking space inside property. Service is fast. Staff is courteous. Food taste is very good. Had dinner and breakfast. Buffet beakfast is served at ground floor.

We stayed as part of a school trip at Narayanam. Room 1. The rooms could have been cleaner. The washroom specially could have had better fittings. 2. The food quality is quite average. Somethings are very spicy and few things have been cooked better. 3. Mr Abhishek and Mr Naval from restaurant were courteous and acxomdative. Appreciate the efforts taken by the restaurant.

One of the best hotels in Gwalior and certainly the best in Morar area. Professional service with polite and well trained staff. Delicious cuisines and fine service. Wide range of veg and non veg options at ordinary price. Restaurant facility is also available and even if you are not staying at the hotel you can come for the restaurant. Rooms are large and luxurious and well maintained with state of the art amenities. Totally worth the price. It's just 15 minutes away from the railway station and 20 mins from the airport. And most local taxis or autos know the location.

My experience was very good in narayanam hotel. The staff was friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. Overall it was a memorable dining experience and I highly recommend it. According to me this is the best hotel in gwalior

Rooms are very spacious, food quality is good... breakfast options should be any main restaurant... we get very limited options in morning buffet breakfast... room can be more clean and maintained

We initially booked Narayanam Hotel for my baby’s birthday party but had to change the venue when we discovered their unreasonable policy on decorations. They insist on using their in-house decorator and flat-out refuse to allow any external vendors. This inflexible rule means you’re stuck with their limited and often outdated decor options, with no regard for your preferences or vision. The hotel management doesn’t care about customer satisfaction; they just want to control everything, even if it means ruining your special day. This kind of attitude is unacceptable when hosting a once-in-a-lifetime event. We didn’t want to compromise, so we took our business elsewhere. If you value having a say in your own event, avoid Narayanam Hotel at all costs.
