Vijendra Rawat Hotel Golden Square

PATHETIC!! We experienced very poor quality of stay, the linen was very dirty and stained, no towels provided, toilets and rooms were really dirty, no hot water, reception staff was rude while check out and asking for 5 star rating for a hotel worth 0 star. Really #OYO needs to work on their properties as this was my second bad experience with OYO hotels. Also the receptionist threatens you to give the hotel 5 star on OYO app or he will do the same for guest rating!! Extremely pathetic!!

Worst experience, very bad service.. No breakfast was given even when we paid for it... tea n coffee was served in broken n cracked cups. Toilet door was not closing properly. No tv channel as it was out of service... the manager was good bt owner was rude, ridiculous ... overall a pathetic experience. Only pro about the hotel was the cleanliness that's it..

Light went off during the stay and fans stopped working. Ac was on at 16°c but everyone was sweating, means it was just showing 16°c but was not working. It was like this on all rooms in the hotel for say 2 hours.

Very poor hotel , horrible stay in this hotel, oyo please change this property A. C not working, TV not working, dirty badsheet, not maintain washroom, dirty room tear blanket, oyo you broke my trust don't book this hotel

Hotel Is Located on the main road, so it's easily Located, no parking is provided, Check-in was fast, though they did not accept Paytm and any other Wallet, You have to use your card or pay via cash, room was well lit and clean, Overall 4 Stars.

Worst hotel I ever stayed. They don't have towel they don't have clean matress. They don't have mineral water. They don't have a light backup. Rooms are so dirty.

Remember if you want room below 1000 then one can be good but if you are with family then it is not right for you. because service and cleaning not proper done .

Bad experience, room is not good , Not proper clean, wine bottle are everywhere. Not family hotel
