I booked it through online and paid Rs. 600. Firstly, they didnt accept my checkin and told that they have alloted my room to somebody else. Asked Rs.300 extra money. Till I gave the extra money, they didnt let me see the room and threatening me to cancel the whole reservation. Rude behaviour from the staffs and constant bullying tones. All of them looks like teenagers and behaved in a very very immature and irritating manner. Room is very dirty without blanket, pillowsheets and even dustbin. There is no tubelight. Most of it, when I asked key to lock my room to go out, they told that they dont have keys and "nobody will steal, you go!" How can I leave my things in an unlocked room, with people who I dont even understand. What kind of hotel allot rooms without key to the customer. Economically, emotionally, physically very tiring and draining experience. The worst room and room service ever.

I booked it through OYO and they didnt accept my checkin. Asking for extra money 300 rupees.I don’t know about hotel I paid through OYO I contacted OYO customer care they changed me to other hotel …this is other scam ,they even don’t no how behave with customer

Stay was good & affordable. Rooms are big and Spacious Family Stay was good. Room service is nice.

One of the worst hotel ever seen in life. Nothing was provided like shop, water bottle and blanket. Used Condom was found below bed during chechout time, bathrooms was like public's flash was not working, foot mat was not available, dustbin was not there. Seems to make only Radibazi purpose only. And chages was very high. ...pse don't pay next tine before see the room.

Worst Experience ever. Services are poor, rooms are not clean. Even Hotel Staff doesn't provided the Bill yet. Not Recommended to anyone. Specially with Family.

It was really nice staying in Kattar Hotel.. Nice hotel with friendly staff.. They provide quick service without any delay.. Rooms are quite big for the price and to surpise, all the amenities are available in the hotel.. Prices are less but facilities are far better than some high rated OYO hotels.. . I am attaching all the photos of the room where I stayed and you can quickly judge how good it is.. . .

Hotel was good. But not recommend for family. Room was looking clean but all garbage was under the bed. Ask multiple time to clean but they were ignoring. Also atmosphere is not so good.
