Hotel City Plaza And Restaurant

Unprofessional, arrogant and non cooperative owner. We checked in at 8am and checked out at 10am. For 2 extra hours they charged Rs 300 extra (that's about half of their 24hr booking charges). Also they did not inform about extra charge and didn't tell even once to vacate the room on time. Also on telling this to the owner, he became arrogant and spoke to my family very arrogantly. Yes the rooms are economical and fairly ok, but atleast the guests should be treated with dignity. Money doesn't matter, behaviour matters. So 1 star rating.

The worst hotel you can find in Gwalior. Rooms are very bad, unclean and messed up. Mouse came out from room when we entered the room and there was pigeon in the bathroom. TV and phones were only for display purpose (Not in working condition). Bedsheets, blankets were not washed. Floor cleaning was not done. They send you nice old images while booking but actually room condition is very bad. Avoid checking in without actually seeing the room. I understand this is "cheap" hotel but atleast basic hygiene should be maintained.

They've cheated on room size, showing room size of 144sqft, while it's less than 90sqft. Just because I booked hotel online their staff behaviour is very rude. I have first time experienced the policy of any hotel of giving only one towel for two persons in one room, even after asking. No normal drinking water, you'll get only packaged water. If you're not going to book offline, don't book online you'll get cheated.

One of The Worst Hotels Ever!!! I booked this horrible place after not able to find anything in my budget around Gwalior for 22nd's night and with a decent offer from Agoda, I thought I got a fair deal for a Deluxe room at this hotel. I called to inform the reception that we are reaching late, nobody answered my calls. Upon reaching the staff was sleeping outside, receptionist was not available. Later, when he came, he asked us to show details without checking his own system. We had to reconfirm our payment and he asked us which room did we book. When we got the room key, the staff escorted us to the room and it was horrendous. Attaching pictures. I went again to the reception to discuss the mistake in alloting us the wrong room but the attendant denied it rudely and said the the pictures are a bait. We don't allot rooms based on pictures. The experience was horrendous. The ventilation was awful as the room didn't have any windows, the linens were unclean, and the toilet was shabby. I woke up suffocating in the night and had to turn on ac and open washroom's window so that some air can come in. I never had such a bad experience. This place should not even be your last resort. Better to sleep on a railway station platform or somewhere. They should also be delisted from Agoda as they are running a scam based on good pictures but providing horrible services.

Staff are well mannered and friendly behaved, budget hotel for family, we found most of sight seen places near from this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The Thali meals is excellent. Each and every items in the Thali taste delicious. Service is quick and attentive. Good ambience and economic pricing. The sweet memory of the hotel will remain in our heart forever.

Home away from home! Staff are polite, helpful and kind. Multiple cuisine are available near the hotel. Hotel is clean and we'll maintained. Cost is affordable and wallet friendly. The X Factor is the promixity of the hotel to all hotspots of the city. Absolutely fantastic location! 💛

Room & Room Service were Gud but Drinking water provide by them was not okay. My Suggestion is that please Provide Filtered water atleast from Nearbly water Supply. Rest of all were gud.

I had chosen this hotel based on its location. This hotel is near Dindayal City Mall and Gwalior Zoo. Room was decent with good cleanliness. I stayed here for a day and i enjoyed my stay here. The behavior of staff was satisfactory.
