I had an exceptional experience at Hotel Shah Imperial.The rooms are well maintained and well equipped & the services were absolutely top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff was attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food it was truly amazing, offering a delightful variety of dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. From the moment I arrived to the time I left, everything was spectacular. I highly recommend Hotel Shah Imperial for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very unhygienic place and very poor service. Initially, the room provided to us contained cockroaches and bedbugs. The plaster of the wall was coming out. The room was filled with a foul smell of dust and there was no window in the room. Although the hotel staff changed the room on our complaint, the second room was more or less the same. At night there was so much noise outside and there was no glass in the balcony as the same was covered by a dirty cloth. On opposite side, there were so many motor and bike repair shops which are not shown by the hotel in its pics

Hotel is at good location located in shinde ki chawanni around 2.5 KM from Railway & bus Station. Hotel rooms are comfortable, Neat & clean with all amenities. Hotel has a restaurant & Multiple banquet halls for Marriage, Conference, Party Birthday. Only veg food is served with great taste. Staff are very supportive & service is good.

There was a MOUSE in the room! No one attended the room 10 mins after calling service. There is lot of congestion on the route to the location and narrow lanes. No parking. Service was poorest.

Lacks parking, although guards help you to park on road somewhere. Food is a mix of opinion. Some may like and some may not. Staying in the rooms, you won’t get any good views outside to refresh yourself.
