Hotel Carry Inn

We recently stayed at Hotel Carry Inn, Indore. First impression, hotel is clean and located on main road near Nakshatra circle. Some eateries are at walkable distance. Rooms: Very compact and without cupboards. Same goes for bathrooms too. Bed is ultra soft with springs that can give neck or back pain to few. Service: This is where the hotel makes for big profit. Only 1 liter mineral water bottle per pax is provided for the entire day. If you need extra bottle then cough up 42/- bucks for a 20/- mineral bottle. They very cleverly put it as a random item in bill, hiding the actual name of item. Room cleaning is damn slow and reception has all sorts of excuses to justify the delay with room cleaning. Hot weather though mentioned as 24*7 but it is actually lukewarm. When asked for a cab to Ujjain, again they quoted an exorbitant price. Although Ola/Uber would charge the same but customer expect discounted quotes or value adds when engaging place of stay for arranging sightseeing or visiting nearby places. Food: We had 2 dinners and it was good and more than adequate quantity for two. We also had breakfast buffet in room tariff, good spread and poha was really good. However, can’t be sure if they are using filtered water or not because clearly they refused to refill empty bottles in room with filtered water. Safety: They have a rooftop restaurant. This floor has rooms as well. People sit and drink alcohol at this rooftop restaurant making others with family unstable and kind of insecure. Better to look for an alternate place for stay and that can be bit more affordable.

I stayed at Hotel Carry In only for one night but it was worth staying there. Location is very good, service is good. Staff is friendly and supportive. The room I was staying in was little cramped. If you are travelling with family especially kids, the room is pretty small. Since I was alone, I was absolutely fine with it. Room was really good, nice, clean and well maintained. Overall, very good experience.

The Hotel is newly build and nicely located, however the rooms are too small. No where close to 175 Sq feets as claimed at MMT. Another concern was even after booking for triple occupancy i was charged extra for bed for my son, actually mattress there was no space even for additional bed in the room :) Overall service and cleaning of the room was good.

Bitten by a bed bug, but they changed my room the next day. Nice hotel, one bad thing reduces the enjoyability overall. Couldn't sleep properly due to the paranoia and phantom insect biting

I'm going to share my honest review over here. No matter if the staff members greet or give you a warm welcome (of course it's important), but with everything- the most priority thing is HEALTH. If the hotel is not concerned with the customers' health point of view then there is no way that one should re-visit the same place. Recently I had a night stay with my family in the same hotel, and my mother specifically asked to change the quilt and bedsheets of the room as she has skin allergy issue. One of the staff members who was actually required to change everything hesitated for a moment by saying that everything is clean, but still he changed. Rooms were very small and compact, but their food and service were good. The next day my mother suffered from heavy allergic reaction on her face and the whole body. We first thought to recommend this hotel to everyone, but I'm highly disappointed with the fact that they are least bothered about someone's health. I don't know the name of that particular staff member who actually changed the sheets in front of us, else I could have mentioned him particularly. Rooms were small but it got side hidden with the fact of quick service and good food, but health is the first thing anyone could think of!

Hi Guys, Please don't go on ratings of this hotel. You won't get no hot water after 9.30 am. There are no cupboards in the hotel The Receptionist Mr.Aman is having a big EGO problem. If you have any issue he won't come to you for helping. he will ask you to come at his desk then talk.. he is just showing his attitude. The day I Entered he was already having verbal fight with one of the corporate group who were also complaining about him.

I had a wonderful experience staying here. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was average and the place was on main road. They provided a stay for my driver which was again a plus point.

Owner of this hotel Mr. Mahendra is a very nice person and he helps me a lot during my first visit at the hotel . The hotel is very good in terms of cleaning, and support from the hotel staff. Also breakfast and dinner are very delicious. Thanks all of you for your support. Keep it up!!
