The Byke Express

My stay at The Byke Express Hotel was unfortunately far below the standards advertised on its website. The property promotes its rooms and services as being of a high quality; however, my experience was quite the opposite. I had specifically booked a Deluxe Room that included complimentary breakfast. To my surprise, no such arrangement was available. Upon inquiry, I was informed that the hotel does not have a functioning kitchen and was told to simply mention what I would like to eat so that it could be arranged externally. This raises serious concerns about the hotel's understanding and fulfillment of the services it promises to its guests. If complimentary breakfast is advertised as part of the booking, adequate provisions should be in place to deliver that service seamlessly. The issues did not end there. The bed had an unpleasant odor, making the stay uncomfortable. The washroom suffered from poor drainage, with water clogging and accumulating after use. Furthermore, despite informing the staff about housekeeping requirements, the room was not cleaned during my stay. Such basic standards of hygiene and maintenance should not require repeated follow-ups from guests. What was even more disappointing was the response from the management. When I raised these concerns with the manager, rather than addressing the issues professionally and taking responsibility, the blame was conveniently shifted to other staff members. This lack of accountability reflects poorly on the hotel's management and overall commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, my two-day stay was far from what I had expected and certainly did not justify the claims made by the hotel. The gap between the services advertised and the actual experience was significant. I would strongly advise prospective guests to think twice before booking and to carefully evaluate their options, especially if they expect the amenities and services promised by the hotel to be delivered as advertised.

I booked for 2 nights (24-25 april). We were stuck in lift. No one responded for alarm bell. When we checked in, their electronic room keys went faulty. It took almost 45 mins to enter a room. Next morning, tap water did not come. Tap, flush, basin all were dry. Rooms were clean but very small. Just 110sqft around for super delux.No restaurant/cafe available. Chai bhi bahar se bulana padegi. Location wise its on a service road, so a bit quite. But car parking is a jerk. Overall 2.5/10

Amazing stay! The staff was very helpful, rooms were super clean, and the service was quick. Felt like home. Will definitely visit again.
