Hotel Shree Sai Palace

Hotel is good but they do not consider online bookings fully, I booked a room for 3 adults with a kid for which i was charged accordingly but they still said we can only provide a double bed and you would be charged Rs.300 extra for the extra bed.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL they don't consider your online payment when you go to hotel they will ask u to make booking again and pay charges as per their offline charge, when I refused to do so they started misbehaving and harrassing I'll have to go tilak nagar police station and file a complain against him, case is still going on later I contacted to customer executive of that app from where I booked and complain about the same they initiated my refund

Average hotel for stay. Need to improvement hotel room service. Easily available transportation from hotel.
