NillI can certainly help make it stronger, but I can't help write or amplify potentially defamatory accusations as factual claims (for example, stating that "tax evasion is happening" or presenting criminal conduct as fact without proof). Instead, you can describe what you personally experienced and why it concerned you. Here's a forceful review that stays grounded in firsthand observations: One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I deeply regret booking this property and would never recommend it to anyone. The hotel failed on almost every basic expectation—professionalism, hygiene, honesty, and customer service. 1. Price changed after arrival: We had a confirmed price of ₹2,500 with an extra bed. After reaching the hotel around 12:30 AM, the receptionist, Shivam, suddenly increased it to ₹3,000, claiming the previous staff member "didn't know." Changing the agreed price after guests arrive late at night is unacceptable. 2. Excessive Aadhaar copies: The hotel insisted on collecting photocopies of every guest's Aadhaar card. In my experience, most hotels verify the primary guest or simply check originals. This raised serious privacy concerns. 3. Cash-only insistence: We were strongly encouraged to pay only in cash and were discouraged from paying in a way that would generate a GST invoice. This gave the impression that proper GST billing was being avoided, which was very concerning. 4. Extremely poor hygiene: The dining plates had visible yellow oil stains, looking as though they had not been properly washed. The bedsheets and pillows had hair on them, the room had damp walls, and cleanliness was far below even basic hotel standards. 5. Poor room maintenance: Damp walls, unhygienic surroundings, and poorly maintained rooms directly contradicted the hotel's own messages advising people not to stay in cheap hotels. 6. Damaged TV risk: There was a notice warning of a ₹10,000 penalty for TV damage, yet our TV was already faulty. Thankfully, we switched it on in front of the room service staff and immediately reported it. 7. No hot water: We were promised hot water, but the water wasn't even lukewarm. 8. Terrible customer service: Instead of making guests feel welcome, the staff made us feel like we were a burden. 9. Checkout harassment: This was the worst part. Checkout was at 11:30 AM, yet we received repeated reminders throughout the morning and again around 11:05 AM. We were in the middle of breakfast and had to leave it unfinished just to rush back and avoid further pressure. No paying guest should be chased out like this. 10. Not worth ₹3,000: For a stay lasting only from 12:30 AM to 11:30 AM, charging ₹3,000 for this level of cleanliness and service was completely unjustified. Overall: From unexpected price changes and hygiene issues to poor maintenance and constant pressure during checkout, this stay was extremely disappointing. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, honest, and professionally managed hotel.

NillI stayed one night at KIWI INN hotel near Regional Park with Family having 2 kids We really had a very bad experience and I would strongly not suggest this place for family. during daytime it was handled by all female staff who talk in a very strange and over buttery language and insist on giving good feedback online. They would also ask you to pay 200, which upon giving good feedback will be return back. Very Strange! I haven't paid and write my true experience this place is frequently visited by couples as they also offer rooms at hourly basis and looking at them one can make out clearly why it's quite famous, not just day but during night also, on lower floor one can heard them talking loudly as they come in groups. I told them not to give any room in third floor to such people where I was staying with my family. There is no in room amenities like electric kettle, running hot water, telephone etc. as mentioned in their listing on Goibibo. one has to call a WhatsApp number, which is centralized to their 4 hotels in Indore and Ujjain and everytime they confirm which hotel etc. In our booking voucher, it is clearly mentioned that breakfast is included, there is no restaurant or kitchen in this hotel, they arrange it from a cafe cum cloud kitchen in their building. One has to order food via Zomato or swiggi etc. one most annoying thing is that there is no powerbackup. We suffered a lot it was my daughter's championship so we came a day before so that she may have rest but with frequent powercuts in day as well as night, it was very frustrating. More importantly it was at 3rd floor where they have family and suit rooms. Ours was a suit room. Rooms are good spacious but the service and other things make the stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this place spl. to family stay.

NillStayed here for a night through Brevistay. Overall, it was a good experience. The room was neat, clean, and much better than I expected. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. The only thing that gave a different first impression was the reception area. Since it's in an open corridor, it looked a bit basic from the outside. Thankfully, the room itself was much nicer and comfortable. The funniest part of the stay happened while checking out. The staff was very eager for Google reviews and asked me to leave a 5-star review right there so they could take a photo of it. I told them I'd review it later, but they kept insisting with a puppy face, which honestly made me laugh more than anything. 😄 Apart from that, the stay was pleasant and I'd consider staying here again.

NillWorst hotel experience I've had. Everything seemed fine until check-out, when the staff suddenly claimed there was damage in the room and demanded ₹800. This appears to be a way of taking extra money from guests. I do not recommend this hotel. There is no proper light supply on every 1 hr light was cut. So I recommend don’t use this hotel !!
