JMC Hotel S Grande

This is not an area a tourist shud stay in,that was of course our choice. I will find no fault with the employees, they did their best...but the infrastructure is very very old...dirty bedsheets, dirty bathrooms,ph not working, lock not working...believe it or not we changed 3 rooms on the 3rd floor...finally we were okay with a room on the 2nd floor. Flush not working...can u believe it?

Fabulous food Prompt service Clean and hygienic rooms. Stayed here for 3 days. Everything here is just great. The breakfast is also very tasty. Sankar desai was whom I spoke with and he was very polite and gave us a great deal. Sonu at reception was well spoken and polite.The Hotel staff is well trained and sweet. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for great hotel stay (with breakfast included- not many people are giving such great breakfast included in the package) Thx Hotel S Grande for making my indore stay experience so comfortable.

Hello , The food quality in restaurant is very very bad, I ordered kaju paneer masala and manchurian, sabji is testless and manchurian is very very salty. Hotel room is not so good and washroom is not cleaned well.

We have visited recently in Nov 2024 to Indore with family, Rooms were not clean, washroom was stinging, we had complimentary breakfast which was tasteless , neither it was proper cooked. Bedsheets were not clean even blankets were torn

This place is worth staying.. And we enjoyed a lot here as they provide complimentary breakfast, which is healthy as well as light, and it’s near by many sites in Indore, so it’s easy to reach and accessible..

Good place, Clean Room, can be looked upon .Only thing The service is late where you need to prepare mentally. Rest all is Good, including Morning Breakfast, is with sufficient items. If looking for Budget hotel.

Not good, rooms are ok but washroom are very poorly maintained, need to improve the services and also staff is very rude..... I don't know from where the good reviews come from...
