OYO 823214 Hotel Delight Stay

It was a bad experience. First thing staff was very rude and unprofessional...second thing, Room are very dirty.. dirty bed sheet and Covers. They don't change it ever after saying. No daily cleaning of rooms...Both the TV and AC were not functioning. No facility of hot and clean water .They asks to leave room early even check out is already mentioned on booking. The photos shown on the Oyo app are misleading and do not represent the actual room. Overall, a disappointing experience I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Disgusting Hotel – Avoid at All Costs! This hotel is an absolute dump. The room was filthy, no water supply, no working AC, no TV, and even the lights were flickering. The bed was rock-hard, and the linens smelled awful. The bathroom was disgusting, with mold and a broken toilet. The staff..Incredibly rude and refused to help with anything. They overcharged me for no reason and acted like it was normal. On top of everything, the place reeked of smoke and was noisy all night. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor – don’t even think about booking here!

It was a terrible experience. The hotel staff requested that we cancel our Oyo booking and book the room directly with them. The room we were given was extremely small, and they charged extra for water and food. Both the TV and AC were not functioning. The photos shown on the Oyo app are misleading and do not represent the actual room. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

I made my booking 10 days ago and I just reached hotel for check in. They say we won't provide you rooms and all rooms are full. And we already paid. They are just blaming Oyo that oyo should have provided you information and Oyo is blaming them. And we didn't get any rooms here. Such irresponsible hotel. They just denied us room. Worst hotel

Very small room given by staf,I booked from Agoda aap the change me 100 rupees extra while check-in No water for drinking I asked them for water the charge 5 rupees extra for service charges staf is not flexible.
