Misleading Booking Process - Avoid This Hotel. I booked this hotel via Agoda, but upon arrival, the reception staff informed me they no longer accept reservations from Agoda. They stated all Agoda bookings are routed to an individual named Prashant, who is no longer affiliated with the hotel. Despite repeated attempts, I could not reach Prashant (calls went unanswered with no callback). The manager confirmed Prashant had been removed from operations, yet the hotel remains listed on Agoda. When questioned why the listing remains active despite not honoring bookings, staff provided no explanation. This resulted in significant wasted time, financial loss, and no accommodation. The hotel appears to have no system to address this critical operational failure. Proceed with extreme caution if booking through ANY third-party site. Until they resolve this issue and clarify their booking partnerships, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel.

We had taken hotel on rent for marriage to stay for our guests on 1st Feb to 3rd Feb because of main function organized at Solaris and 7 eleven is near to Solaris, Feed back about 7 eleven is Overall Manager and staff is not co-operative not supportive with guest and co-coordinator, water linkage is almost in all rooms and all rooms are smelly because of lickage in almost rooms. Water supply in toilet is not constant. There is no room service provided by 7 eleven. Overall 7 eleven is not good for stay for marriage functions and other point if view. very very low rated hotel.

It is a really worst condition of hotel as far as stay, management staff and all. Management staff said we provide one towel in one room only whether it is double, tripple occupancy, no kitchen facility no proper room service. I stayed 2 night and giving this genuine review. We changed 3 rooms due to leakages in roof so it is never recommended to stay here in any case.

This cannot be a bad hotel. I have to book it at all. He does not pick up the phone and the tourists get worried, why does it not matter to them. I made 48 calls for my booking and why does he not pick up their phone.
