Townhouse 879 Dhs Hotels

Oyo.. Horrible service!! U guys are fraud. U show the discounted price on Oyo app to trap the customers. I booked the room for 3 days and made advance payment. After reaching the hotel I was denied check in. I called up the customer care number but no assistance was provided by the customer service representative and also my number was blocked by the representative. I tried multiple times to contact customer service representative. U guys don't even deserve a single rating. I want full refund of the amount I paid.

The hotel is in sweet spot. You are close to all the malls,dominoes,Starbucks,etc ... Basically Vijay nagar is Porsche area of Indore.. Although my room was not so clean the bedsheet was I guess not washed and even bathroom was not clean... Also our TV didn't work😑... But rest everything was fine....

Horrible experience. Don't recommend at all . Very rude receptionist. Yes they've issues with OYO . Don't book with prepaid payment on OYO , staff won't let you check-in , they demand more money and insist you pay by cash . Overall very very bad experience . Even not deserve a single star 👎

Pathetic experience- no invoice provided .. n charges me .. no proper water bottle .. u could not order food for single person thy will simply say we donot provide 1 quality specially for tea ... no towel and no disposable bath kit ... wht to say about linens n white turn into brown with dirt pillow cover .. used bedsheet and could not say the about the condition of quilt .. wall n painting are so good filled with black fungus completely.. check the image i shard

As soon we arrived there was no one to attend so we have to wait 1 hour after that they denied the stay as I’ve already paid they were asking for additional money to confirm my stay! I mean ridiculous

Worst experience i ever had in my life even after paid booking my room was given to someone else and they offer me two room Key which are already occupied we opened the door with keys and found other people sleeping in room

Very poor property, they have issue with OYO chain and they are charging over and above OYO reservation amount Do not suggest this to anyone, very pathetic and poor quality DHS hotel

Doesn't even want to give 1 star But anyway I had very bad experience with this hotel. Very bad hotel management staff after confirming booking online, on arrival they said sorry we don't have rooms available.
