Firstly I have to call OYO Customer care because hotel receptionist denied my online booking request. After that customer care helped me but rooms was very bad and bathroom was also bad. Very bad hotel and rooms are not same as shown on Oyo application.

Staff members are polite. Good locality. Facilities are good. Good for family and girls. Safe. But rates are too high, respective of room size. And cleaning is the issue I saw here. Overall 3/5 stars. 2 star cut for cleaning issue only.

Worst place and if booked by oyo the will treat you like a waste. I you directly give money and don’t book by oyo they will give you best room in my bad there is nothing only springs which were makeing problem. No ac, no tv, worst washroom, worst room, and most important there was not a room lock they made me to sleep in a open room near there store room. So do not book room by oyo other go directly and take the room. Worst worst worst experience by oyo. I will never use oyo now.

My office booked this hotel for me and my colleague..we had booked hotel for 2 days and amount was paid in advance. We reached hotel late and to surprise our room was given to some other guest. We had to wait for our room to be cleaned which was not done properly. There was oil on bedsheet, dirty wash basin. Rooms are too small..can not be called as OYO flagship hotel. We had to request them to clean the multiple times. They charge 15% service charge. You are also charged for cutlery like plates, bowls, forks etc. Very bad experience.

I booked room though Oyo in this hotel the behaviour of staff was rude and they didn't gave us room booked though Oyo. Also do not book through Oyo Worst service ever

It was the worst experience of my life in this hotel. The service is not only bad but the rooms are also not that good.
