Hotel park

Service is so poor, Hot water time is 7-10 AM and 7-10 PM in Winters and Monsoon, but in summer 24 hours hot water available. Bad experience is also with hot water availability I'm waiting for 30 mins for hot water in given time , but not available in winter 🥶 time.

Overall all 2 ratings The entrance to the hotel is awkward for carrying luggage as there is a huge staircase about 1 floor high. Location is 6 km from sarafa bazaar Rooms are ok, beds and bathrooms need renovation. I had to complain twice to get washed and clean bedsheets and pillow covers, room service didn't clean the rooms before handing over the keys. Rooms need insulation from traffic noise. Free wifi is available Overall spacious rooms

Hotel is fine, not a huge complaints. But scope for improvement. Firstly they should remove so called "Restaurant Park" not registered and dont think any fssai certificate and worst ever food but shensahi bhar kar hai. Dont ever think for having service from this restaurant, if you stay in hotel park.

The night manager over there is not cooperative, even while booking they don’t give you proper instructions regarding how their check in and check out time works No proper value per room.I will recommend to all the couple and family to not to go over there. There are way better hotels in indore Compared to this

Hotel Park is a nice hotel located in Indore. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. We stayed in triple bed room with Air conditioning. Receptionist Pooja is very helpful and cooperative. Highly recommend.

Located at prime location but worst food, rooms and washrooms are dirty Lift has no sensors, and huge sound Not recommended at all
