Hotel O by OYO Hotel Krishna's Residency

The hotel is at good location on the road itself and has good connectivity woth the rest of the city. The rooms are little small but comfortable. The room has facilities like tv, ac and geyser. The gallery has camera and is maintained by the receptionists. The services are average and food below average. But other things make up for it. Overall, it is a good place to stay due to its cost and and location. Can definitely improve the room service and food.

I wanted a hotel near to the airport. So location wise this property is ideal. Staff was good and helpful. Room was big but door lock was faulty. Bathroom was big but basin was very small. AC was working fine. Bed sheet, towel not very clean. Budget hotel, ok for one or two night stay, Kitchen only served tea and coffee. If you want, they will arrange for food from nearby "Mausa restaurant" but the food is horrible and tasteless. This Indore hotel was somewhat better than the hotel which OYO provided me in Bhopal, where I had to shell out 8000 rupees extra. Please avoid OYO if you are on a long stay. Budget hotels will give NIL service, if booked through agents.

this lodge is very near to airport and is very neat and clean. The bed had good washed sheets. since OYO group, the minumum requirements of wifi, free breakfast are provided to its customers. the break fast served was hot, and homely. even early morning coffee or tea can also be requested. since it is located on the main road, the transport problems do not arise. every type of transport facility is available at the doors. Bagirath sen, room keeper is quite friendly and attend to customer immediately on calls. rooms are not spacious but adequate. ac and tv were working fine. this is good place for stay for visitors to indore

I will never probably stay in an Oyo again. This place was a nightmare. Dirty linen, non functional AC and wifi, only 1 staff who very rude and irresponsible. The washrooms were dirty beyond imagination. Even the previous guests dustbin was not emptied. We had booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and literally ran for our lifes when our stay was over. I feel all the previous 'good' reviews have been written by the owner himself. God save the guests from those huge mosquitoes and cockroaches.
