DO NOT BOOK ROOM HERE!! Worst possible hotel service in Indore. 1. They gave a room which was not at all cleaned after previous use, the blanket were all scattered. Then they changed and gave a room which had cigarette buds lying all around. Really?! 2. We had two rooms, one had ac remote with no cells, and in the second room, water started leaking from the AC vent, there was water on one side of the room completely. 3. No hot water in the morning. Upon constantly calling the staff, they said you need to bathe with cold water! After asking to refund a portion of the payment due to these things, they gave hot water in a paint bucket to the rooms!! The photos are attached below.

Hotel is not good, not providing basic facilities and charges is so high for any product. Staf behavior is so poor and bad. Extra money asking for room bookings. Food and tea facilities are so bad and take more money for that. Cleaning and housekeeping facilities situation is ridiculous. Don't book this hotel, in indore lot of other hotels available.

The hotel is not at all good for family and single woman or women group...it's scary hotel..The rooms were stinking because of smoke.. we were family of 12 people then also we were worried. The guys in other room started loud music after 12 and it was on until we left at 5 in morning.. also, on website,it's mentioned that breakfast is included but they don't have kitchen so not sure why people posted review about it..may be the review are fake..SO BE AWARE IF YOU ARE GOING IN SMALL GROUP OR ALONE AS IT LOOKS LIKE SOME OTHER BUSINESS IS CONDUCTED. @Fab group, please verify such hotels.
