Hotel silver peace

This hotel seems to be very nice but is resulted just opposite it was not expected. Staff service was bad. Like can you believe for their own income they are not allowing outside food for the guest staying there. Please I request you all to go for another hotel Even if you have spent a little more money, still you have chosen another hotel, there is an almirah in this hotel, there is not even a chair or side table, the tap in the bathroom had an issue.

I regret to inform you of my disappointing experience at Silver Pease hotel in Indore, booked through OYO. My stay was marred by several distressing incidents that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that the charges were significantly higher than what was quoted on the OYO app. Furthermore, the assurance that I could decline the booking at 2 AM felt like a deceptive ploy. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The bed sheets were visibly dirty, and the overall hygiene standards were subpar. Additionally, the presence of used condoms in the room was not only appalling but also completely unacceptable. To compound matters, while one of the ladies in our group was taking a shower, we were horrified to find a worker peering into the room through the window. This invasion of privacy was deeply unsettling and completely uncalled for. In light of these experiences, I urge OYO and its founder, Ritesh Agarwal, to take immediate action. Such incidents not only tarnish the reputation of your brand but also betray the trust of your clients. It is imperative that OYO ensures the safety, cleanliness, and respect for privacy of its guests. I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts necessary improvements and that future guests are spared from similar discomfort and distress.

Third class hotel. I just recently booked it for family and our experience is very poor. There is no room service. They even don't provide basic facilities like: drinking water, hot water in bathroom, soaps etc. Bed and blanket was durty nd tattered. No night lamps in room. It's just like a free dharmshala with attached toilet. Very unhygienic nd unclean rooms.

It is a house transformed in hotel, location was not so good , you have to walk at least 1.5 km to reach main road. Rooms are not up to a level that we called hotel room . Food you can only get maggi here. Or readymade items . Room service deserve single star. Room was not so clean also.

This is the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed. The hotel looked nothing like described in pictures. The rooms was dirty, it stinks. The toilets were absolutely unhygienic. No one follows covid protocol. Wallpaper in the walls are dirty and torn. I saw Coakaroach running under my bed. Worst of all no one will clean ur room. Choosing to stay here was my biggest mistake. I would not suggest anyone. And FYI, it's absolutely disgusting.
