This is an ideal Hotel in Indore City, Madhya Pradesh for residential purpose. Behaviour of staffs are very nice, Complimentary Breakfast is also available in this Hotel. Restaurant service of this Hotel is also very nice, all types of foods are available here & Tea ☕ & Coffee ☕ is also available of good quality with very good taste. I will highly recommend you to visit once this Hotel.

From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Its a new property so it looks good in the beginning.. the bathrooms are extremely small.. like no place to actually take a bath!! have no exhaust..and the rooms are smaller than what the pictures show.. no soap in the bathrooms.. is kinda weird to stay here!! We had an unpleasant stay..

My stay at Hotel Vilaassitaa was pleasant overall. The room was clean and cozy, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were polite and responsive however there’s restaurant service is slow and no option for seperate sitting area for the family or children but still you can order it in your room. the location is in the middle of the city near to a Cancer hospital. A great choice for travellers looking for comfort, peace and convenience!

This is an honest review of Vilaasitaa hotel. I had booked 2 rooms here, for 3 nights in the 1st week of December after reading the positive reviews. But I was disappointed when we checked in and actually saw the rooms. The room as such was clean, but the facilities available were very basic. There were no tables, just a chair. A small wardrobe was there, but couldn't hang clothes as there was no bar. And the bathrooms were exceptionally small! A very small sink, small geyser - it was like a bathroom built for liliputs. Let me highlight the good things as well. All the staff were friendly and co-operative. Food was good (dinner and breakfast). Service was good overall. Also, the food was served in room. There was no place to sit in the restaurant. And eating in the room was uncomfortable as there were not enough chairs! Seeing these conditions, I checked out the very next day. But I was made to pay the full amount (2 rooms for 3 days) and again that was disappointing.

I recently stayed at this place and it was a good experience. 1. Stay - Location is a slightly inside a colony though it's a peaceful place to stay. Cleanliness is a 5* as it is in Indore. Polite staff and a very well mannered individuals. 2. Food - A recently introduced Restaurant on the 4th floor serves a variety and quality food. Preparation time is between 15-25 minutes though. 3. Facilities - WiFi, Phone, Wake up call, TV, Hot Water whatever one needs to keep up - it's there.

It was nice stay although we had one night there. The location was little not convenient for us but the room and lounge were clean enough. I want to recommend my friends to visit here

Actually, I was trying to book the property from booking dot com , it showed that it's a new property and had no reviews, so I called him to confirm about property. While talking he suggested, that we can do the booking directly. I trusted him and made advance payment also I suggested him to send me an acknowledgement which he did. We where 16 people in total and we were gonna go and reach in the morning and that too after a 12 hrs long journey, so I literally had made this booking 20 days ago and even called him a day before confirming that we're gonna reach in the morning that time also he confirmed and even said "Sir hum indore ke log hai, hume mehmaan nawazi ke liye pehchana jata hai. Aap tension naa lijiye". And when we reached there, the hotel was full and not even a single room was available. We literally were roaming around indore for another 3 hrs and it was heck of non sense. Worst experience ever. Please don't go
