The biggest issue was the disturbance early in the morning. Around 4 AM, there was loud shouting and screaming in the premises, which completely disturbed our sleep. It felt extremely uncomfortable and inconsiderate. A hotel should ensure basic discipline and respect for guests’ privacy, especially during early hours when people are resting. There seemed to be very little control over the noise levels, and no proper action was taken to maintain a peaceful environment. For families, especially those travelling with children or elderly members, this kind of disturbance is unacceptable. Unfortunately, due to the lack of privacy and peaceful atmosphere, I would not consider this hotel suitable for families. Management seriously needs to improve monitoring and guest discipline to maintain basic hospitality standards. Not recommended for family stays. #indore #stay

Today my family stayed in this hotel but the hotel experience was very bad and the bathroom experience was very bad. There is no water in the toilet. This is a problem in every room. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend it to anyone else.

Mold in rooms, no ventilation, the washroom starts smelling badly automatically since early morning. No bathroom freshner even after requesting multiple times to the room service
