Hotel dolphin

To begin with, the gate is very tricky. We came late post midnight and couldn't open the gate as nobody was available there. In the morning, there was some electricity - related work going on so power was off in our room and the generator wasn't working either. The room we were staying in was very compact but cozy. Else, everything was fine and good.

One of the worst hotel I have seen in Indore. I booked 10 rooms for a function all rooms were dirty. When i asked to clen the room hotel staff said bhiya aisa hi milega its hotel not a Dharamsala or lodge. Behaviour of hotel owner was very rude and abusive. While booking time it was mentioned on receipt check in time 7am & check out time 12pm. But when my guest arrived at 8am the hotel owner asked we can not give early check in. Also during the check out time they asked us to leave early 10am. They didn't even give drinking water.

Very dirty experience. Room was also not clean. Bedsheet was very dirty. Bathroom was also very dirty. Toilet sheet was so dirty. Cups and bottles made for him were kept in the room. Our hotel experience was very bad
