Had comfortable & refreshing stay. Rooms are spacious & super clean. All staff is polite & co-operative. Away from city chaos makes this hotel for relaxing & quiet stays.

Third grade hotel. Bad food. Terrible breakfast. Both days it took me more then half an hour only to get a cup of tea. I only stayed here because it’s close to IIM. Next time I’d rather travel an hour but stay in another hotel. And even after paying extra through make my trip the hotel reception is asking me to vacate the room early. Pathetic

Today we celebrated my birthday there, it was good but the service was slow. Moreover, the staff needs to be trained more. The food was also average , not upto the mark. The location was good and clean.

I went for the dinner today, and the service was very horrible. The staff was very unprofessional, and the food was very bad. They don’t even know what’s in their menu. The manager whose name was Priyanka was very unprofessional. They charge you service tax in spite of GST which is not expected from a big hotel like Sayaji. The manager forced me to write a review for her and for her staff before billing, like it was very mandatory to do it took so much time for the manager to bring the bill. please don’t visit. It will just ruin your experience of a Sayaji if you have been in Kebabsvilla or effotel this hotel feels like a third class, very bad Hotel. There was no ambience. It was very hot in there. It just ruined the mood.

The restaurant at Hotel Enrise Rau offers a great experience. The food is delicious and well-presented. The service is prompt and professional. Special thanks to Priyanka from the restaurant staff—she is polite, attentive, and made the dining experience even better. Highly appreciated!

yesterday i had dinner with my family we were 10 Members worst quality service served (very horrible) and the food here is just bad, feels like a third class, very bad ,Place , these is not a worth of money

Our stay at Enrise by sayaji rau,indore, was truly exceptional, largely due to the incredible team. From the moment we arrived, front desk team specially Mr .Ravi greeted us with genuine warmth and quickly got us checked in, even offering a complimentary upgrade when they saw we were celebrating an Birthday. Throughout our stay, the concierge, went above and beyond, providing fantastic local recommendations and even securing last-minute reservations for us at a notoriously difficult-to-book restaurant. It's these small, thoughtful gestures and the genuinely friendly demeanor of every staff member we encountered that made us feel so incredibly valued and pampered. These stars are only for their dinner buffet. Taste was ordinary and so the presentation and the options. Tried everything with a hope that now I will say that it compensates all. However, till end I didn't got that chance. Most horrible was the dahi Puri, pani puri counter, tasteless. I tried thinking that it is a different taste but didn't worked. So if you are expecting a fine dine then have some another option.
