Place is near Highway, and has lots or restaurants nearby. Clean and nice rooms, washroom. Staff and Service both were good.

It's a nice, cool place to stay with family members, location is convenient to railway station & airport, transport is readily available. Although restaurant facility is not there but necessary food joints are available in abundance. Owner is really a caring person to guests.

We 3 ladies went to Rau for a sports event. Some of our friends were staying here at much cheaper rates but when we (being single girls) enquired they hiked their prices. The owner spoke to us on phone and when i said i will book online as their it was cheaper, he refused to give any rooms rudely.The rooms were very dirty with paint coming out of the wall, dirty linens, and there was a strong foul smell from the room they showed us. As it is a very small place with limited options, these hotel owners act like mafia and try to extract maximum from customers, doesn't matters even if they are women. There are some good hotels and guest houses nearby so don't give up to this fraudster. Am not just writing this review but also taking the matter to higher level so that some action is taken against the owner. I will surely update.

It is quite shocking that I forgot my jeans at the hotel and they returned the same aslo, but in my pocket u have 300rs and it was stolen by the hotel staff. For the I talked the Mr. Jitendra hotel reception staff and he denied to take responsibility. Matter is not about the less money matter is about the dignity hotel image and customer trust whiche is really bad experience for me. Sorry to say but don't prefer this kind of hotel. Serious Privacy issue. There is no seperate sliding lock(Tower bol/Aldrop) from the inside. See the video attached. The hotel authority can easily unlock the door from outside using their backup key when you have locked from inside. The hotel is ok for solo male travellers but not safe for couples /female travellers. The hotel didn't have any RO water purifier. They are selling mineral water @ Rs 20 liter for an local brand with very high profit. (Thet didn't keep good brand like Bislari). Otherwise the room was ok and the AC was in working condition.

Rooms was very nice and comfortable, 1st of all the owner was very polite and helpful, he did not ask for money 1st, he was giving priority to you comfort, that was really great, location is good near to highway, there is plenty of good restaurants near by, so over all it was nice stay

Small rooms but good part is Hot water 24 hrs in bathroom room equipped with AC, Clean Rooms & Hotel is on road and near to local market food joints all nearby. Lift available
